Focus on ServiceNow is looking for an experienced Organisational Change Manager with ServiceNow experience to join a global consulting partner!

SALARY: Up to £90,000 + Bens
 
LOCATION: UK, Remote
 
POSITION: Organisational Change Manager
 
ROLE:

  • Play a lead role in global deployments of ServiceNow
  • Focussing on the human side of change, you’ll play an instrumental part in defining the clients goals, outcomes and standards.
  • Delivery and ownership of best practices of change management.
  • Work closely with the project managers and delivery team to asses risk, impact and timelines.
  • Lead and coach colleagues within the practice.

 
CANDIDATE:

  • At least 3 years in a similar role, providing change management to clients.
  • Ideally from a consulting background.
  • Understanding of ServiceNow and/or SaaS platforms
  • Strong understanding of Change Management best practices and principle.
  • Ideally Certified Change Manager

 
 
RATE: Up to £90,000 + Bens
