POSITION: ServiceNow Customer Success Advisor
SALARY: Circa €50,000 - €70,000 plus bonus and benefits
LOCATION: Netherlands - Hybrid (with occasional travel)
You will be working for an Elite ServiceNow Partner who offers services in the Automotive and Banking Sectors. They are committed to creating an environment where their employees can thrive and grow. You will be joining the team in the Netherlands to be the bridge between sales and delivery.
This role could be your step-up into becoming a Delivery Lead or Commercial Account Lead in the future.
- You will act as the link between the delivery and sales teams. Taking a role in either department when needed.
- You will gain experience in consultative selling.
- You will get to understand the existing and future IT-roadmaps within organisation and the ServiceNow Ecosystem.
- You will be working closely with Service Delivery Manager to create business plans with customers and manage their growth.
- You will bring your existing experience with Pre-sales to run workshops and provide ongoing technical consultations.
- You will develop a knowledge of competing products and how they compare with ServiceNow.
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales/ solution consultancy.
- 3+ years of experience with implementing ServiceNow.
- Dutch And English fluency is needed.
