Our client is a global ServiceNow partner, looking to add additional expertise to their team, with a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst

SALARY: From £65,000 - £90,000 + Bens
 
LOCATION: UK, Remote
 
POSITION: ServiceNow Business Analyst
 
ROLE:

• Play a lead role in global deployments of ServiceNow.
• Deliver ServiceNow solutions to multiple customers.
• Lead Workshops and demonstrate functionality of the system.
• Gather requirements and define as is and to be state.
• Mentoring and training of junior team members.

CANDIDATE:

• 3-5 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or Senior BA role.
• Previous consulting experience is highly advantageous, but not essential.
• Ideally, multiple certifications in ServiceNow (CSA, CIS etc), but not essential.
• Experience delivering ITSM and ITOM or HR solutions (ideally)
• SC Clearance highly advantageous/Ability to get SC clearance is necessary.
