ERP Project Director

Job Description: The company is in search of an ERP Project Director to join its project management team. The Project Director will oversee strategic and complex IT projects and programs, ensuring their successful implementation and managing professional change management processes. Responsibilities include:

• Leading multiple project managers and project support teams, overseeing project activities with clients
• Establishing direct relationships with high-level stakeholders and decision-makers on the client side
• Participating in steering committees and project manager meetings
• Enforcing adherence to project methodology, change management guidelines, and standard tools and programs, and overseeing project status reporting
• Mentoring project managers on methodology and client engagement
• Promoting awareness of contractual, commercial, and strategic aspects among employees
• Supporting other departments such as finance and sales in project planning and billing
• Setting a positive example, demonstrating entrepreneurial thinking, and inspiring with leadership style

Qualifications: To excel in this role, candidates should have:

• Extensive experience as a program manager or large project manager in IT or ERP projects
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects and teams concurrently
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies such as PMI and Prince2
• Strong understanding of business processes and IT
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and management
• International project experience and familiarity with NS/OS teams preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 desirable
• Excellent communication skills, persuasiveness, and assertiveness
• Initiative, responsibility, social competence, and a collaborative management style
• Willingness to travel extensively
